Mercury longbow

The Mercury longbow is new in the Timberpoint line-up.
I am a one man business and I admittedly spend a lot of time crafting my bows. Developing and testing new designs also takes up a lot of time. These factors, as well as the renowned success of my bows in tournaments, resulted in a long waiting list for my bows.
After careful consideration, I decided to start a very exciting new venture.
I designed the Mercury during the first half of 2025. After extensive testing and analyzing, the Mercury was ready to be manufactured. A corporation partner is doing the basic work for me , then I do all the final work like tiller, limb alignment, grip shape and finishing. This means that every Mercury has the same attention to quality what Timberpoint bows are known for.
It is bow that will only be available as a stock bow, without any custom options.

Visually the bows all look the same and are constructed with a G10 riser core that is covered with a beautiful technical wood that is strong and stable. The belly part of the riser is made from the same technical wood. The G10 makes for a heavy riser that is stiff and very strong. This results in a bow mass of about 1300 grams.
The limbs have a unidirectional carbon back, bamboo core laminations and clear glass on the belly. This combination ensures a smooth draw with good arrow speed.

The Mercury comes in 66", 68" and 70" lengths and in RH and LH models.

The curved sight window is cut to center .

The grip is very repeatable, with a medium low grip angle. The shape is similar to what you will find on barebows and Olympic recurve bows.

Here is what a very accomplished archer from Germany had to say about his new Mercury:
" The bow is very smooth to draw, the bow reaction while shooting is perfect. It just stands still...wow.
Absolutely precise.
I LOVE THIS BOW
THANK YOU"
